SINGAPORE TRIPARTISM FORUM SURVEY 2011

The Singapore Tripartism Forum (STF) jointly set up by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) was launched on 24 January 2007 by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

STF aims to broaden, deepen and strengthen the spirit of tripartism through a more structured framework. The forum provides a platform for the tripartite partners – the Government, Unions and Employers – to address concerns and work together more effectively to overcome emerging challenges in a rapidly changing employment landscape.

This survey is to gather employers’ feedback and views on how STF can improve its various outreach programmes to benefit the HR community. Moving forward, the STF partners would like to find out what other STF programmes can be developed to help employers in Singapore.
